Tascam 2488 Neo

Greetings all,
I am trying to use different outputs on the back of the 2488 Neo. Send audio from my Motif xs8 through the "stereo outputs" to two seperate inputs on my mixer.... and send vocals through the 2488 Neo to the "regular outputs" to a seperate input on my mixer. My reasoning for this is so that I can use my In ear monitors to hear the vocals separately and be able to turn down the music so it is not being send to the in ear monitors (Shure In Ear Monitor)My mixer allows me to send whatever inputs to the "Monitor output (In Ear Monitor) on the mixer.

Current configuration. Vocal Mic plugged into Voicelive 2 Vocal processor...Output from VL2 to inputs A&B sent to Tracks 1&2 of 2488 Neo. Audio (music) from Yamaha Motif XS8 L/R outputs to Input C&D sent to Track 23/24 Stereo input on 2488 then hopefully send out through the "Stereo Output" on the back of the 2488 Neo to my mixer. I prefer to use In Ear Monitor from the mixer while vocalist listens to his/her vocals through headphone plugged into 2488. (I like to stay mobile when I work) Can this be done, and if yes.. how do I set up to send only tracks 23/24 through to the "Stereo Output" of the 2488 Neo to my mixer? I hope I explained this clearly. Thank you for any of your help

I'm a new Neo user. After mixdown and mastering when I try to burn the songs to a CD the machine kicks out the CD before finishing.
What am I doing wrong?

Get to know how the IN, OUT and TO points work. They're really important. You can't pinch-in, copy, paste, silence or many other functions without them.
For mixdown, you need to set your OUT point at the end of the song (The IN and TO points don't matter in this case).
You set your OUT point by going to the end of the song, then hold down the SHIFT button and press OUT at the same time. You do this BEFORE going into Pre-master mode.

Just started using this unit,,,,recorded one drum track a bass track and started on rhythm guitar track and just at random the unit locks up. This has happened several times and only once gave and error,,,MTR has stopped.. When the unit locks up the only way out is to unplug power to unit. I called factory tech and he said to reform drive in which I did exactly as he instructed. It still locks up. It's not a disk space issue because I've only used minimal space. Any ideas would b greatly appreciated. Like I said this unit is brand new.
