Alesis SR16 Footswitch

I find I really need a footswitch to turn my SR-16 off and on. Does Alesis have one specifically for the SR16? I know Sweetwater sells one made by Roland for $20 something, would it work for my application.

Any momentary footswitch will do so long as the polarity is correct (normally open or normally closed). Some of them have switches in them to set polarity.

I use the sr16 and I have a Boss fs5u footswitch-can't recall what i paid but it works nice. hope that helps.
