, i just got an oxegyn 61 m-audio midi keyboard.
i work in pro tools, but i also downloaded the Live software that came w/ the keyboard. (which i don't know if it's necessary or not).
Mainly, I hooked up the keyboard into protools, and it's getting a signal, but i hear no sound. must not be set up correctly. help... also, after i get it set up, how do i get all of the effects/etc. set up like strings, guitar, drums..etc.?
i'm new at this midi and could really use some assistance. thanks
can you use live and pro tools together? is it difficult?
