Hey all -

I've just bought a pair of second-hand Technics SL-1200mk2's. One turntable works just fine, but the other has a serious issue.

When I take the tone arm out of it's holster, and place it over the record and let go, it snaps back. It's almost as if the mechanism has some sort of spring-loaded tension pulling it back into the holster. Any ideas??
