Digitec Death Metal users

Im looking for the right overdrive/ distortion pedal for myself but no review I have seen is anything other than a guy playing a fender with very mild distortion. I've seen the reviews for the digitec death metal pedal but they only mention good low end. I play mostly progressive style death metal so I need my mids to be just as "fat" and full when I'm doing fast, precise alternate picking. Is this pedal what I'm looking for? G
