Hi, I`m new to this forum.

I have a question about Sweetwater.
I`ve sent them a question about a product
that they`re selling because I`m thinking of
buying it.
I sent it using the form that was linked from
the product page.

And my question is,
how much time (days or weeks) does it take them
to answer or reply ?
I appreciate it if you could tell me
your experience with them.
I`ve sent them the form on
Friday at about 1:00AM, I think.

Thanks in advance.

Yoshi

Why don't you call them?

If I had a fairly urgent question, I wouldn't be sending in internet forms the day before the weekend.

And in the time you took to fill out the form, and now to write this post, you could have made the phone call and been done with it.

Sweetwater is always VERY responsive over the phone. On the other hand, I've found the reliability of asking questions via websites to be hit or miss at best, even with the best companies.

Thanks for the reply.

The reason I can`t call them is
I live in a foreign country. And
International calls costs too much.
I wonder if the "(800)" number makes
International calls free too ...
But its too risky. So I sent them a question
using the internet.

Thanks again for the reply.

Hi Yoshi:

I'm sorry you haven't heard back from us. Based on when you sent your message you really should have heard from us by now. Something must have gone wrong. For instance, all it takes is one wrong letter typed into the form for your e-mail address or something and we have no way to respond to you (unless you provided other contact information). Michael is right that the phone is (by far) the best way, but it probably will cost money you to call us even at the 800 number. That said, it is worth it to talk to someone and nail everything down, as opposed to the endless back and forth of impersonal e-mail. If you don't get anything by the end of the day you should try again. If that doesn't work then send me a PM from this forum and I'll look into it.

Thanks

Thanks for the fast reply.

I still haven`t recieved any email.
And I think I inputed my email address right,
but I`ll check the letters one by one just in case.
I`ll try sending it again and if that doesn`t
work I`ll send you a PM.

Thanks again for the reply.
