1.What vocal effects are used on this song.
It sounds cool, but i cant seem to get the same kind of sound.

Its a tiny delay like 35ms, fed into a med hall verb with some sierous setting adjustments.

Yeah, something like that. Mess around a bunch with your early reflection parameters and predelay on the verb.

Actually, I bet you might nail it with just a reverb if you get the right one. Find a nice dense algorithm, go wetter than usual, keep the decay short, dial up the ER, and go for space by adjusting the predelay up toward the numbers Randy suggested. To get more ambience without mushing up the vocal, you might try compressing the verb return as well.
