Hi
I recently bought a new Audio Interface (Motu 828mkII), and my previous interface (Delta66 Omni Studio) is still connected to my computer.
As you know the 828mkII is a Firewire device, while the Delta66 uses a PCI Card.
I was told that using both devices, or even having both installed simultanously is a recipe for future problems with my PC.
I don't use the Delta66 anymore, except possibly for an extra headphone source when needed. However the PCI Card is still installed in my PC.
Does anyone know for sure if this is unhealthy for your PC?
Thanks,
Harpo
