MOTU hardware with Logic?

I'm currently using a MOTU 2408 MkI & 308 with DP 2.42. It's time to upgrade so I'm thinking of going with DP3 or Logic Platinum 5 but I'm not sure how Logic handles multiple MOTU interfaces on a single PCI card.

I'm currently using the 2408 for my analog & digital ins with analog outs 1&2 going directly to my Mackie HR824's. I'm using the digital ins/outs on the 308 as effects sends/returns to my signal processing gear. Will Logic support this configuration?

As for my rationale for looking into Logic, the upcoming logic control surface has really made me consider switching platforms, especially since there's nothing like it at it's price-point for DP3. I'm also sick of Unisyn's lack of support for current sound modules so SoundDiver integration with Logic seems pretty compelling at the moment.

I have almost the same set up....You should be using the Motu 2408mkll as the master and everything else as the slave. You should have no problems running multiple Motus with logic 5.
