Are there any masterlist like programs for Windows?
Are Wavelab's CD burning features actually good? Can you edit the PQ subcodes in it? Also, has anyone used Red Roaster, and are there any other programs out there that I don't know about?

Yeah, but, can I burn with it, and edit PQ info?

WaveLab has great CD functionality and a lot of impressive mastering features. PQ codes can be easily edited as well.

Ditto! I have wavelab and am impressed. It's a stable program. At least for me. And is a pretty good value. You NEED a program like this if your serious!

Since I had posted this I found an old copy of Wavelab 2 at work, and I liked it. So I'm saving my pennies for 3.0, because I guess it blows 2.0 away by several orders of magnitude.

Good deal. I've never used 2.0 so i can't really tell you the differences, but what i can tell you is that 3.0 is very easy to use. Which is good because you don't have to spend so much time on editing a wave or lets say a kick sound that you sampled and focus more on creating the music. Isn't that what it's all about? :D eh maybe not all about that but you get the point. Overall Wavelab 3.0 is a good tool and, i feel, a necesitty. I think you'll be satisfied when you make your purchase!

WaveLab 3.0 added the montage editor which is perhaps the most flexible audio editting environment ever conceived. It is the best tool for "audio assembly" tasks that I have ever seen. It has the best handling of crossfades and metering that I have come across and it is incredibly fast.
