Well, finally, I've found a place to post some of my tunes. Hope you guys like it. The only one so far is me playing a fingerstyle arrangement of "The Water is Wide" by Karla Bonoff. It's a really nice arrangement. I recorded 2 cheap CAD condensers, and the under-saddle Fisheman pickup. Recorded strait into my firepod, and into Cubase LE, where I EQ'd (only a little) and applied 'verb.

Very nice Nick! When I hear of piezo PUs I usually imagine something a little worse :) How much of the Fishman did you blend in? (rough shot)

Hey, thanks man. I really didn't blend all that much of the pickup in. The original intention was for added bass, but that guitar has a fishman powerjack in it (pre-amp built into the endpin jack) which has this really low hum, so I had to EQ a lot of the bass out, therefore defeating the pupose of having it in there, so I just turned it down a little.

And Jeff, I have heard those ToP recordings, and the rock! But, someone told me that they didn't use the onboard pre's in that recording, so I just wanted to give ppl something to listen to strait from the firepod.... Thanks though!

I'm not sure of all the details - I think they used 2 of the pres for the TOP recording. The rest were group outs from the FOH board.
