Alesis status

Does anyone at sweetwater know the status of Alesis?
Their website and phone contacts are gone.
I was about to purchase a HD24, but I don't want to be left with no service or support.

I saw that thread.
It's old news.
I know they went bankrupt and the owner of numark bought them out but they were indicating to everyone things were going to get back on track.
As soon as the HD24 started shipping something happened.
It seems like they emptied the warehouse and ran.

All the information we have suggests they are still trying to get on their feet. We are in regular contact with them. They released so many people that some of their systems still aren't fully functional yet - I have no idea what happend to the web site. And at the moment I don't have access to a phone number for the public that I know is good. I can find out though if you haven't already...or you can just call information in L.A.
