Korg extreme doesn't work.

Hi :

I got my Korg Triton Extreme 6 last Friday.
But after I power it on(without connect to any output),
I found LCD just turn light blue and without any boot message.
Does anyone know what's the matter?
Or I should connect to output to make it work?
Does it get damage during the shipping?
