Processing Error in PTools LE when bouncing to disk

Can anyone tell me what's the deal with the error instructing me to either increase or decrease the buffer size when I'm bouncing a PTools track to disk. I'm running version 6.2.3 on a 12" G4 PowerBook with stock RAM (256) although I obvliously plan on getting more memory soon. How do I remedy this situation b/c it's becoming a nuance when I'm trying to close out a session.

Clarify a bit....

So what you're saying is when you increase your buffer size you get an error telling you to decrease your buffer size and vice versa????
