Protools and Athlon 64

When will Digi support the Athlon 64 processor? This is the only windows 64 bit system, and it has a 1600 mhz bus...

I'm no Digi insider, so I don't know thier testing / development timeline, but my educated guess is that they will support it once they have had time to evaluate and thoroughly test it.

My experience has been that unless Digi comes out and says "It doesn't work. Don't try it," then they have probably not tested it, at least not to their satisfaction.

But they won't put it on the "approved" list until it's tested and rock-solid.
