View Full Version : Where has Alesis gone
Anyone try to contact techsup at Alesis lately?
I've got a BRC thats thrown a rod, & I need
service PRON-TO. Their website is stripped,
toll free # is busy 24\7, whats the story?
maybe someone at Sweetwater knows.
Starting to think we'll find Osama before I find an Alesis tech rep
Any info???

You should come out of the studio a bit more often.... they went bankrupt last spring and were bought up by Numark over the summer. They keep saying they'll continue but as with any company in that situation it looks dodgy.
I'm just hoping my QS8.1 keeps rolling along....

Twice in the the past couple of months I have contacted Alesis Tech support and, both times, received help right away. The number I called was (310) 391-9563. Not a toll free call, but like I said, I didn't have to wait. I mentioned this to a local music merchant who carries Alesis stuff, and he seemed to think I was the only one who was this lucky. Good luck to you.

You can also try contacting our service department here at Sweetwater. We are one of the very few service centers still authorized by Alesis to do repairs, and I believe our turnaround time is generally faster than theirs.
