can anyone make a mid to mp3 file? will pay $$$$

so heres the deal, i sold all my gear in hopes of getting all new stuff. But im doing the music for a video and i need a MIDI file, created into an mp3 with high quality samples. Im willing to pay for this. Its an easy job for anyone with the right stuff. contact me ASAP if ure interested.
