Bounce To Quicktime - not sync'd

Hey Ya'll -

I'm trying to "Bounce to Quicktime Movie" ... I've got a simple piano background track, along with the voiceover and QT movie - they all play in perfect sync in Protools from beginning to end. But, when I "Bounce to Quicktime Movie", the video is a second or two behind the audio ...

I've put the video on Normal, Medium, and High Priority Playback, and have bounced to various hard drives, and at various resolutions - always the same problem.

Any clue?
