Cubase SL Edition 2.0 be, or not 2.0 be?

I saw this bundle on a few sites and thought, what a deal. it includes Cubase SL and HALion. Both full versions. BUT, i don't know if their 2.0 or not. Great deal if they are. only 450 instead of 300 for each. Anyone familiar with this product? IWANT 2.0!:D

They are light versions of each product.
I don't like Cubase because of the dongle protection.
