Running a g5 with logic audio - turns out that when the processor is on highest setting (recommended by logic), there is a noticible high pitched hum that comes through the speakers.
Setting the power saver option to automatic or reduced helps, but, then why have a g5?
Anyone else encounter this or do I get to take the &#^%@$ thing back to the Apple store (again).
