I'm looking for some resources on recording Electronic music. I've found a ton of stuff on recording accoustic instruments and vocals, but these sections barely touch recording synths and such. Since I'm an electronic musician who will rarely ever mike a live instrument in my own music I'd like to find more for me. Also I've been looking for a glossary of synth related terms. I've found a number of technical glossaries, and such, but none with terms I want. For example: Self Oscilation. What's the technical definition of that and how does it apply to me? Stuff like that. There are alot more terms, but that's one example.

Thanks to all.

I've never seen a technical glossary quite like you describe, however, I'm always looking for words to cover in our inSync column and to add to the WFTD archives so if you have words you'd like to see us tackle feel free to send a list (or lists) to inSync@sweetwater.com.

Can't promise if (or when) we'll get to them all, but it's one way to get the ball rolling on something that will ultimately help a lot of folks.

Thanks
