I am running Dp4 and Bias Peak. How well will Powercore integrate with both programs? Thanks...Oh by the way I am intested in purchasing and just want to get some feedback before making the decision for Powercore or a UAD-1.

The PowerCore integrates beautifully with either program. DP4 does not have plug-in delay compensation, which is really the only bump in the road. This would affect either the UAD-1 or the PowerCore.

Thanks for the info Michael...that delay compensator would really help though. Maybe I'll purchase the UAD 1 it's cheaper, although the Powercore does have some great sounding reverbs and and intonnator that's coming out this month. Choices, choices...
Thanks again...

Are you running a dual-processor or single-processor Mac?
The UAD-1 doesn't seem to get along very well with dual-processor machines, or at least that was my (and, it seems, others') experience when I had one. Other than that, when it works, it is a very good bang for the buck. The compressors and EQ's are very useful. RealVerb is okay. Nigel is a waste of time, IMO. People with single-processor machines seem to have much better luck with the UAD.
The PowerCore's strengths are the reverbs and chorus/delay, hands down, and the Sony Oxford EQ and Inflator plug-ins, if you happen to own them. This card has been absolutely transparent on my machine. It isn't strong in every area, but if you have some other plugs already like some of the PSP and Waves things, it complements very nicely. Highly recommended.
