Good deal?

I can get a Soundtracs Topaz 24/4/2 4 bus console for 300 EUR. That's about 335 $. Is this a good deal?
I want to use it for mixing my band and some homerecording. Has someone experience with this or a similar console? I especially need to know how good the preamps are.

The preamps are "OK" and so is the EQ, but all told its a steal of a deal at that price. Assuming its in good working condition.
