Any recommendation as to which is more accurate when it comes to dept, pan positioning and imaging?
I don't care about power. I record and mix at low to moderate volumes.
Mackies HR824's are total let down.

I can't speak to the Dynaudios, but the ADAMs allow your mixes to translate gloriously well everywhere. They are the best investement I have ever made in gear, period, and I don't say that lightly.

So far I am loving my Dynaudio BM 6's. However, I have heard many good things about all of the ADAM's. The ADAM may be a better monitor but it is also MUCH more expensive. On quick glance it looks like a pair of DYnaudio BM6a's will cost less than a single ADAM s2.5a. If you do go the Dynaudio route, I think it would really be worth looking into the passive speaker and adding a Bryston 3b power amp to the system. Bryston carries a 20 year transferable warranty, maintains excellent resale value and sounds incredible!
