TAC Matchless

I have been given an Amek TAC matchless desk in somewhat less than perfect condition; it will need some serious work to get up and running. There are a few channel strips missing and how much of the wiring needs rerouting I don't know.

However, I'm fairly sure it may be worth trying to source parts and get it working - though where from and how much is the question.

Anybody know much about this desk and any ideas on parts/servicing for it?

Given your geographic location I'd be surprised if you couldn't find someone relatively near you who could help. Most of the guys behind that board are still around, just with other companies now.

Search the database of articles in Sound on Sound and get a copy of now canceled Studio Sound , there was an article about the people that actually invented the whole thing.
