Hi there,
My band just invested in a pair of EV Eliminator Speakers. To our suprise (we're still learning) the 1/4 input and outputs weren't there like our old speakers. Instead, these speakers are fitted with Speakon inputs and outputs. My question is.... Since we don't have tons of money to go out and buy 2 fifty foot speakon to 1/4 cords which could cost about $40 or $50 bucks a pop, could I just get the $9 Speakon to 1/4 connecter adapter? Would you recomend this? Will I loose lots of sound? Or any sound? We already have good 1/4 Speaker Cables we used with our old speakers. Thanks alot for any input.
