Unshielded 4 x12 cab near rack effects

Hello, I have a 4 x 12 cab loaded with Celestion Vintage 30's that I just got yesterday and I'm really itching to hear it. I'm have a sansamp PSA 1, G-major, BBE 882, and a Carvin solid state power amp (all purchased from Sweetwater except the carvin of course :-)

I'm hesitant to put the speaker cab next to my new rack equipment because of the magnetic field coming from the cabinet. Is this something that I should be worried about or am I just fretting over nothing? I know that unshielded speakers can really effect a television, but usually rack effects don't have picture tubes....haha

In all my years in audio (too many to count) I have never seen a speaker interact with a solid state processor. Don't worry about it.
