K2500 bank mssgs to Roland XV3080

I seem to be unable to send a bank change message from within setup mode on the K2500 to a Roland XV3080 module. Program changes are working, but banks are not. Does anyone have any idea what I might be missing ?

If you purchased the Kurzweil and XV3080 from sweetwater, give us a call and we can hook you up with someone from our tech support to help you out. Unfortunately, I've never tried to do this.
