Mbox plug-ins?

I just purcased a Mbox(windows XP 5.3) and I dont really care for the plug ins that came with it, and I already own some waves plug-ins, but I cant figure out how to use them in protools. They dont show up on the plug-ins list. Does anyone Know how to make these Waves plugins work with my Mbox?

You have to make sure your plug-ins are compliant with RTAS and the version of DAE running on your machine. The guys at Waves can help you with this.

I have just the stock Plugins that came with my version of LE5.2....what i want to know is: Which plugins should i get? I have 640mb ram on my mac..and would like to learn how to use compressors, reverbs, EQ's etc...on software before even thinking about buying any hardware.
What are the choices out there? And if i buy them for 5.2...will i also be able to use them in LE 6.0? which i have - but have not loaded onto OSX on my dual boot mac. OBviously i don't want to have to buy them twice..;)

So...plug-in essentials for LE?
