Cool Edit Pro V2 and 2408 MK3

I'm new to computer recording so please bear with me.

I only see PCI-424 Analog 1-8 in the device properties box in Cool Edit. I check the "Enable Routing" check box in the PCI-424 configuration. So why can't I choose the individual pairs in Cool Edit.

Any help appreciated.

make sure when you go into the recording devices properties menu that all of the pairs are in the "usable/selectable devices" menu. I had the same problem with my Alesis ADAT Edit at first too, but just had to drag them over.
