Penny whistle samples

I took a MIDI class in college a few years ago and my professor had a penny whistle sample that was real neat. You would hold down one note and press another and the sample would slide into that pitch. I have now bought several penny whistle samples and none of them do that. Does anyone know where I might find such a sample library?

No, but you may be able to get a decent one with some good pitch wheel technique, especially if you're on a workstation and can edit it.
