Wireless Mic Suggestions

Hello all,

I am looking to surprise the Mrs. by replacing her now broken wireless mic with something from this century.

She is a Karaoke Hostess with what I descibe as a very powerful (loud) voice. Music ranges from Rock n Roll to Contemporary. The mic should have a pretty good range (40' - 50') as she likes to 'work the crowd'.

Something hopefully no more than $200 -$300.

Can anyone make a recommendation?

Probably any of the wireless mics Sweetwater sells would fit that bill :)

If you want something that inexpensive, I'd likely go with the Line 6 wireless. Next up would be Sennheiser (although I've heard some good ATs).

The Audix wireless system is pretty good for budget wireless.

Be sure and research what frequencies are available in your area before you buy.
