I have been looking into buying an EMU Proteus Keys, and Sweetwater has it for $599.97, and a website called Nova Musik, www.novamusik.com has it for $495.00. That's all I have to ask.

Probably not, though they do the best they can. If you're looking for the cheapest gear, than you don't want to shop at Sweetwater. (Moderators wait before you pull this post!!! (LOL)) Sweetwater has been competitive price wise since I've purchased from them, which would be about 5 years now. Sweetwater offers something to you, especially since your in FT. Wayne, than Nova Musik can't offer you. Tech support! And I think it's LIFETIME TECH SUPPORT. So, as long as you have the Proteus, even if it's 8-10 years down the road, and you need help, Sweetwater will have the knowledge to provide you with assistance. To me, that's worth the extra $100.00 in the price. Besides, since you're in Ft. Wayne, you can save shipping and go get it yourself.

Is that Free, LIFETIME tech support, I know Greg Baum has told me they have lifetime tech support, but I wasn't sure if it was free. If it's free, I will mos def go with Sweetwater.

Hey, Greg's my sales rep too. Ask him if it's LIFETIME because I'm pretty sure that it is.

Yep, it's free, and it's lifetime. :)
Oh, and it's on an 800 number, most manufacturer's tech support makes you pay the long distance.
We try to be very competitive with price, without sacrificing value. It's our intention to offer the very best value for the money. Keep in mind you're not just getting the product, you're getting personal service where we'll spend the time to help you figure out the best product for you and how to integrate it into your workflow and system, all this and the aforementioned technical support.
Oh, and we're a service center for almost any brand we carry. You can usually get an item repaired and back to you faster than going through the manufacturer. That and it's often covered under your warranty.

Awesome, I think I will be in sometime soon to pick up your Proteus Keys showroom demo. I'm low on money and I can't afford it brand new. But thank you very much. I will be refering all of my friend on advice, on where to go. ;)
