Hi.

I would like to find a software synth version of the old mellowtron sound. I hope to use it in conjuction with Logic 4.8 and control it from a Roland guitar synth. Does anyone out there know of such a product?

I'm not aware of a software synth that does this yet, but the Pinder Mellotron collection is an amazing CD ROM. They really went to great pains to make it sound (and in many ways behave) just like the real thing. It's in Akai format, but works well on any sampler that will read Akai (there are no loops of course!).
