If i were to purchase a CS XT can you install 2 additional 10,000 rpm hard drives? (one as the system drive, the other a library/work drive) does the CS XT have enough power/room internally for the 4 separate drives, all connected via SATA?

how many gigs of ram can be added directly to the board of the CS XT?

how many gigs of that would be usable when running W7 64x?

Does the CS XT include windows 7 home/pro/ultimate? if its not included can you install windows 7 ultimate at an additional cost?

how long does it take to get a custom CS XT shipped out?

There is room for 3 more 3.5" SATA drives in the chassis. They can be whatever speed you like as long as they are SATA and not SAS.
We can special order 10k RPM drives if you like, but we don't keep them in stock currently.

Our service team can install them for you for an additional charge depending on how you want them set up.

This motherboard will physically seat up to 24GB of RAM.
Different versions of Windows 7 support different amounts of RAM.

Currently we ship the CSRackXT with Vista Home Premium 32-bit. There is a voucher in the box that can be claimed with Microsoft for a free Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit upgrade. The vouchers will expire at the end of this month.

We don't actually build "custom" machines on a per customer basis. We start with the models you see on our website and can install additional options from there. We have CSRackXT's in stock right now, so we can ship one today. If you want us to order and install additional drives or software, it'll take however long we need to get those items for you and a day or two for the install.
