So I ordered Ableton Live 8 (can't wait to start messing around with it xD) and saw these 2 controllers. I have an M-Audio Axiom 49 which has:
9 assignable sliders
8 MIDI-assignable trigger pads
8 MIDI-assignable rotary encoder knobs
6 transport buttons reassignable to other MIDI parameters
With that being said, would you think the Launchpad would be a better addition to my rig than the APC40? I don't really want to spend an extra $200 for that unless it's really worth it.
