I'm looking for some good software to use so I can overlap songs to make a continuous play cd. Thanks....

Mac or PC?
If it's a Mac, you're supposed to be able to do it with iTunes and DiscBurner, though I haven't tried it, I have read where others have been successful.
PC? don't know.

Something like ProTools Free might do the trick, though you'll have to import the WAV/AIFF file. Adaptec's JAM would work, possibly CD Architect.

The best software I've seen for this is Gray Matter.

Seriously, though, you need something that also addresses pitch/tempo adjustments. I think there are a few packages to do this like NI's Traktor. A standard audio editing program or burning program that just overlaps music is likely to have poor results if the overlaps contain music where the timing is obvious (riffs or beats). CD Architect will allow you to overlap your music, though.

Pro Tools Free (it's free!) would be fine if you are a DJ of any ability and are used to lining up tracks or blending tracks already.
I am using Pro Tools LE to do exactly this right now, you just record enable an auxillary or audio track (if your playing in vinyl or cds through a sound card) and hit record. I haven't imported audio yet but i reckon it works the same. The only thing with Pro Tools Free is it's 8 audio track limit (4 stereo tracks!), but that should not be a problem.
