Has anyone else noticed how Arturia is FAR FAR superior in sound quality than any other soft-synth? (the God-like "Reason" and "ReBirth" exluded) I know Arturia has a steep learning curve (have you ever sat in front of a real moog?! Its like trying to fly a spaceshuttle!)

Also, whats the best "autodrummer" software....BFD? DFH? OceanWay? I can't record my drums right now because I'm saving up for some Neumann's and I sold the rest of my crap...whats the way to go for a heavy hitter with smooth technique, I am really violating the 10 drummer commandments I know, but I still need to put drums in my recordings!

PS: Speaking of space shuttles, If you really think the shuttle "blew up by accident" then sadly you are mistaken. How else do you cancel a trillion dollar program without completely embarassing the whole country? Why not just embarass NASA so you can cut their funding further? BOOM! Don't trust any organization of mindless soulless bodies....aka CONGRESS!

Well there are lots of great Synths out there, Native Instruments makes some really good stuff, like Massive and FM8 ect, IK Multimedia has good stuff, Digidesign makes good stuff.

As for a Drum program, what Daw are you using? If you have Pro Tools, I prefer Digidesign Strike!

EZ drummer is very inexpensive, and sound fantastic IMHO. to me, it's the most realistic sounding drum software. very responsive to different velocity layer hits, especially on the snare.
