Saving audio & data files on same DVD?

I'm using Nero to make a data DVD and am saving all files in a folder (which includes audio and data files). And in Nero, I have the option of saving the file as an audio file or "all files". I saved the folder as "all files". Is that an okay way to save, or should I break down all the files into separate audio and data before saving? I want to be able to open the files later and have no degradation of quality. Thanks for any help you all can give. Cheryl

'all files' should give you a straightforward data disk. thats what you want.
