Do any of you all know if all band members use a click track or just the drummer in the professional field?

also where can i get a good click with a blinking red light that makes no noise?

Often, when tracking as a full band (rather than doing most in overdubs), band members will have a cue send on their headphone mixer, and can adjust to taste. Drummers typically slam it. Some players like to mute the click and follow the drummer, others follow the click.

Some bands track with no click. Some bands track the drums to a click, then dub everything else without. Some bands track lots of the instruments first to a click, and then dub the drums over top. Its all preference/style/available resources.
