hello,
I just recently purchased a creation station rack and love it. I have been using my firewire 1814 as my audio interface but just recently got a m-audio ProFire 610 audio interface. do I have to uninstall the software/drivers from the firewire 1814 before I install the new ProFire 610.

I don't know if this will cause any driver conflicts or IRQ problems with the creation station. I worried about driver sharing issues and possible software conflicts.

Mods please feel free to move this if I posted to the wrong place.

*I found out that the firwire drivers can not coexsist on the same computer at this time (from m-audio)*

You are correct.

Right now M-Audio doesn't support multiple Firewire drivers on a single system.
Actually on most Windows system there is little or no support for aggregating audio interfaces. But I've heard a lot of companies say they're working on their own implementations.
