Choosing the right sound pro card

Hi, can you help me choosing the apropiate sound pro card for my music station?. I just need 2 in and 2 out, ASIO compatible. By the way, is better a pci sound card or a usb?

My gear is as follow:
2,53 Core2 Dual Intel Processor
2 Gbytes RAM
160 GB sata
1 Mic Behringer C3
1 Tube Ultragain Mic200 Phantom
