i was just joking, thus the smiley face. Technics keyboards are great boards and we certainly do appreciate the links. They do have more of a reputation for hobbyists vs professional studio's. Maybe we should turn this into a discussion for those who use these keyboards and what they use them for. Anyone using them in professional situations ala commercial music, movie scores, gigging, and on records. Let us know!!

I know the Yamaha PSR 8000 & 9000 have been used professionally. So I would say the top of the line "arranger" type keyboards can easily be professional instruments.

Examples: Toni Braxton - 'Never Just For A Ring'; Tamia - 'Loving You Still'

the Yamaha PSR keyboards are great and I know for a fact they are all over the Nashville seen. Definately some great sounds and great songwriting tools!!
