I bought a pair of Hafler M5 monitors from Sweetwater and I am very satisfied with them. I' ve had the monitors for sometime now and I almost got used to them. The only thing is that sometimes I feel that the high end is not as crisp as I would like, or used to.

Any other M5 users feel the same way?

On these monitors there is a switch for reducing the high frequency response. I do not have this switch activated.

Any ideas, comments?

From the looks of the specs I could find, looks like there's a 3db drop in response around 10k. IMHO That's a noticable drop in the area where you're looking for 'crip'ness. It might help others who read if you could list the signal chain from the mixer to the speakers indicating anything, including the brand connectors your using.
