dp3 out of sinc tracks

When I bounce some of my midi tracks to analog, they're slightly out of time. Help! Thanks!

Have you used the "Use Me To Calibrate Your Audio" midi file? It's in the extras folder inside the DP3 application folder. I think it gives you a midi click and audio track click to align your midi. It's been a long time since I used it.
