Well all the installation went well.
Then you load Protools and it stops halfway through the startup screen and up comes and error message which reads as follows: Unable to create a DAE deck.
I'm running operating system 10.2 jaguar which runs protools in the classic environment 9.
Any help will be greatly appreciated and I'm sure it's probably something in some settings hopefully.
P.S. I may have solved the problem by the time of your reply - time is of the essence.
