is there a line 6 amplifier that allows 'presets' as to being capeable of playing an arrangement via electric guitar and having the 'presets 'activate automatically at predetermined intervals without the use of a foot control or any other device than the amp itself?

So like a looper except a certain audio loop is saved (not just the parameters but the audio itself) as part of the preset?

Short answer: no.

Long answer: yes, but not without an external sampler. You can configure a preset to send MIDI data to a sampler that will play a series of sequenced loops. (it would have to be a model with MIDI out like some of the later POD models or the Vetta)
