I've said it before and I'll say it again, Sweetwater has the best customer service in the bidness.
I called my service rep (Dave Brow) Saturday with a question on my new MCI console and phantom power (even though it didn't come from Sweetwater) not expecting a reply till today (Monday) and he called me back in like 10 minutes with an answer. On a Saturday!
I have a Studio open house scheduled for this weekend with two local music magazines coming out to do a review of the place and not ONE contractor/manufacturer who is supposed to have their stuff finished up is on schedule and didn't bother to come out this weekend to do their tasks even thought I was assured they would work the weekends because of my tight schedule (and the xtra $$$ I'm paying them). One of them I cheerfully fired at 8:00 this morning. It's good to be the king!
Dave is the ONLY person who called me, and it didn't cost me anything and he cheerfully answered my question(s).
