Hi all:
I'm starting a home studio, leaning toward a Digi 002 at the core, but I've been scouring the net learning about the features of this thing. And from what I can tell, it appears that it does not have a built-in talkback microphone.
See, I'm setting up the DAW in my home office, but I'm going to be setting a tracking room up in the garage, so I need a talkback mic.
Does this thing have talkback capability? If not, what would be the best way to add it? I could get a talk back mic such as a Shure 450 and take up a track on the board, but I'd rather not do that. The other option I guess would be to add a Samson C Control--but I'd be paying $100 just to have talkback functionality since I don't really need the other functions such as multiple monitors (yet).
I don't even have the board yet and I'm already thinking about this kind of stuff--sorry!
Any thoughts out there?
