Hi!
I'm currently setting a friend up with a new small project studio in his home. He wants to record 8 mics at once, and be able to send out at least 4 seperate mixes at once. He has a Pentium Celeron 1.6 Ghz 128 Mg RAM Windows XP CPU. The only audio hardware he has are 6 Shure 57's, and a few assorted Beyerdynamic condensers. I need an interface for around $1000 or less that would suit his needs. I will need 8 preamps in the interface, not just 8 line inputs. I you have any suggestions or alternitive solutions, I would appreciate the help.
